Ordering difficulties?

Is anyone else having difficulty ordering from here? Going to place order and then running into a 500 error.

They're doing a rework of the website over the next few days, I believe.

Richard is correct as far as he went. It's true that there has been a problem with the current website not relaying purchases to Krista so she can fulfill the orders. So until the changeover is complete there will be times like this. Please be patient it will be fixed eventually.

An update. After attempting to order on the website - I have been charged seven times and have been credited for two of them (net total 5 debits) though the website gave no indication that the order completed. Ended in error everytime. 

Just thought I'd let people know to hold off ordering from the website.

Although I wish Frog God would have put a statement on the store page saying not to order or stop from accepting purchases at this time. 

Put a request for customer service and will let you know. 

 

Anyone have a phone number I could call? I have sent an e-mail.

Give it a few hours; they'll get you taken care of! All of the Frogs have day jobs, as much as we all wish this hobby was as wealthy as it is fun. Have to save all the gold for your character.

Plus the fact that ALL the Frogs are in Dallas, TX at North Texas RPG until Sunday.

Oh, damn, I completely forgot about that...

I've spoken with Zach and his take on the repeat charges comes from not allowing time to pass before you click on the button a second or more times. Please let about ten seconds pass to allow the system to record your purchase. Also Krista is going through the orders at least twice a day to remove duplicated orders.

Not sure what happened to me, though. I got a 500 Internal Server Error code when placing an order. Glad to hear someone is checking on it.

I didn't get multiple charges, I just got a 500 error redirecting from paypal

The 500 Error messages will probably continue until the new website is up and running.

@DragonBelow - Glad only one error. Keep an eye on it though. 

I received one of the orders (.pdf) - only hope that the others can be cancelled and refunded.

Also having problems trying to get some pdf material from backer kit via redirect to website. Just can't complete the orders.

Becareful you don't click too many times. 

Still no word from FGG on my problem.

My suggestion would be to wait until the new website is up and running. As to when that will be I don't truly know. I just know that they are working on it right now.

I ordered some stuff on 6/11 and haven't even gotten a confirmation email yet, though the money has already cleared as of the 11th. Order #107814.

I've had the same problem with an order I placed. What is happening is there is a program to send the purchase info over to Krista so she can pull and ship the product. Unfortunately there is a breakdown between purchasing and shipping. That is one of the reasons they are creating a new website. Have you tried emailing Krista at krista@froggodgames.com? Or send it to mike@froggodgames.com.

We do apologize for this website mayhem. Zach and Jim are feverishly working to get the new site and shopping cart tested. I'm doing the best I can to identify duplicate payments and ferret all the physical orders out of the pile of "pending" ones.
